TERMS AND CONDTIONS OF TRAVEL SEASONS

  1. Customer has clearly understood about all inclusions and exclusions of the availed tour package.  TravelSeasons will not be held responsible if he/she expects more than what is included.  Though, Team TravelSeasons always put efforts to upgrade the services wherever possible.
     
  2. Any delay in making subsequent payments (as mentioned in the itinerary and Terms & conditions) may results in auto cancellation of the entire booking. Any additional charges or penalties SUBJECT to T&C of the booking will be paid directly by the customer.
     
  3. Hotels/airlines/transporters/advance booked entrances, they all have their set of cancellations policies and all are applicable to our guests too. 
     
  4. As per the process after completing all the process on time we will get back to you 3-5 days prior to the group departure with flight tickets, travel advisory and other travel documents all TRAVELERS must have passports (for international packages) and 6-9 months validity from the date of return
     
  5. For air tickets being issued or blocked on time limit basis full component will be collected before the issuance, else price will subject to AVAILABILITY
     
  6. All hotels offered are subject to current AVAILABILITY, should the same not be available at the time booking. Travel seasons will arrange to provide similar category of hotel.
     
  7. TravelSeasons reserves the right to change/amend the itinerary if required in case of uncontrollable situations like bad weather, labour strike, political situations, rise in taxes.  Sometimes, additional expense may incur and that will be borne by customers
     
  8. Our tour packages are services provided by Hotels/Airline/Other service providers. Please be informed that we chose these providers based on their experience/knowledge/ services.  However, if any unexpected event happens by the action of these providers or their employee and that causes any improper service, injury, baggage damage, death loss, highjack, TravelSeasons will not be held responsible.  However, we will take the most possible suitable action against them
     
  9. Below are TravelSeasons cancellations policies based on service provider’s policies.  However, we understand that money should not go wasted and we always put efforts to get the maximum amount refunded from suppliers and give back to our customers and that totally depends on tourist season time, destination and other similar factors.  Prior commitments are not possible

    BELOW POLICY IS APPLICABLE FOR TOUR below 1.5 LAC
    60 days prior to departure date – NIL
    45-59 days prior to departure date – Booking amount
    30-44 days prior to departure date – 50% of the tour cost
    15-29 days prior to departure date – 75% of the tour cost
    07-14 days prior to departure date – 90% of the tour cost
    Less than 7 days – 100%

    BELOW POLICY IS APPLICABLE FOR TOUR above 1.5 LACS
    75 days prior to departure date – NIL
    60-74 days prior to departure date – Booking amount
    50-59 days prior to departure date – 50% of the tour cost
    40-49 days prior to departure date – 75% of the tour cost
    Less than 40 days prior to departure date – 100% of the tour cost
     
  10. In case of any medical emergency, any additional expenses will be borne by the customer him/herself and it is advised that customers should call their relatives, family to accompany her/him during the entire situation.  However, TravelSeasons Tour Manager will take most possible care of the situation.  Customers should also understand that TravelSeasons Tour Manager has to fulfil all prior commitments to other guests as well.
     
  11. Timeliness Matters! Please adhere to the schedule set by our Tour Manager to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Any delay— whether by the group or an individual—can disrupt our planned itinerary. A maximum buffer of 5 minutes will be allowed for late arrivals.
     
  12. Respect & Harmony on Tour As this is a group tour, we kindly ask all members to maintain a friendly and respectful atmosphere. Please engage in polite conversations, be considerate of fellow travelers and tour manager accompanying the group, avoid discussions on politics and religion to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Let’s make this journey enjoyable together!
     
  13. Your Cooperation Matters! Unexpected situations like weather changes, traffic conditions, or VIP movement may impact our schedule. In such cases, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our Tour Managers, who will do their best to accommodate your needs and ensure a smooth experience.
    Do’s:
    - Mind the Queue – Always stand in line and wait your turn; cutting in is considered rude.
    - Use Polite Language – Saying “please,” “thank you,” and “excuse me” is expected in daily interactions.
    - Respect Regional Differences

    Don’ts:
    - Don’t Speak Loudly in Public – locals value quietness, especially in transport and restaurants.
    - Don’t Assume All People Are the Same – Each region has its own identity and traditions.
    - Don’t Forget Basic Manners – Avoid spitting, littering, or staring at people.
    - Don’t Expect Fast Service – Service in restaurants may be slower than in some countries.
    - Don’t Criticize the Royal Family – some locals are protective of their monarchy.
    - Don’t Compare the Dubai to the other parts of the world – locals may not appreciate comparisons.
     
  14. TravelSeasons liability will be restricted to this particular trip and amount paid for this trip.
     
  15. In case of any pandemic like covid, we have the full right to postpone / cancel the tour.  Incase of postponement from our side, the amount paid by the customer will be adjusted.  However, in case the tour is cancelled by us or by any guidelines given by authorities, the amount will be refunded.  
     
  16. If any customer cancels the tour by his/ her choice.  Then we will follow the cancellation policy and cancellation charges will be applicable.
     
  17. For Foreign Tours Visa - All the clients travelling on a Travel Seasons tour must be in possession of a valid visa. We help the customer to process visa applications, however it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate / Authorities to grant / reject visa even after submitting all relevant documents and the Travel Seasons will not be held responsible for the same. The company is not at all liable for such cases or has any influence on the consulate/embassy’s decision The role of the company is only to provide necessary guidance to the client for the purpose of applying for a VISA. The company will not be responsible for non-issuance of visa due to receipt of incomplete / delayed documents from the Clients. It is a possibility that the consulate may ask the passengers to appear for a personal interview. This is at the sole discretion of the Consulate / Authorities. If the required documents are not submitted by the client, the issuance of visa will further be delayed / rejected, and the client will not hold Travel Seasons liable for the same. Client should adhere to all the norms and conditions laid by the consulate / embassy Upon rejection of visa, if the client wishes to reapply for the visa, he / she is liable to pay again the requisite fee to the consulate and he / she will not claim from Travel Seasons.  Visa will be applied after receiving 100% payment as original bookings at hotels, travel insurance, air tickets, all other necessary reservations are required to submit along with the visa application.  In case of visa rejection / refusal, Travel Seasons will not be held responsible and it will attract 100% charges.
     
  18. Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the hotel or while traveling in the coach. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tour participant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences
     
  19. Travel Seasons has full right to change the hotel if it's required due to unavoidable circumstances.
